Content Rights

You retain full ownership and rights to all flag designs you create using VexilForge.

VexilForge does not claim any rights to your designs. You are free to:

• Use your designs commercially without attribution
• Modify, distribute, and sell products featuring your designs
• Register trademarks or copyrights for your designs

Note: VexilForge provides symbols and templates as design elements. While you own the final designs you create, individual symbols may be subject to their original licenses if sourced from third parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VexilForge to:

• Create designs promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Infringe on existing trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the application

Disclaimer

VexilForge is provided "as-is" for creative use.

While we strive to provide a reliable and functional tool, VexilForge is offered without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Data preservation (always backup important designs)
• Compatibility with all browsers or devices
• Fitness for any particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

VexilForge and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. This includes loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
